3/4 Teaspoon of Sea salt

You have to heat your oven to 375 degrees and then you have to place parchment paper in it and let some hang so that you can use it like a handle.

You have to place the two types of almonds and coconut flakes on other sheets and then you have to bake all these three ingredients. The almonds that are slivered take about 3-5 minutes, the flakes take about 2-4 minutes, and the chopped one takes about 7-12 minutes to cook. You have to let all the ingredients cool down before you use them.

Take a bowl and add the egg and monk fruit so that you can whisk them together in a proper manner.
