Grab some tomato paste and mix it in with the ham. Spread the tomato paste on top of the ham, and then sprinkle on some nutritional yeast and a bit of cheese spread on top. Finally, put the whole thing in the oven and bake it up!

That’s the general idea of a keto breakfast sandwich. There are many variations, however. In order to make one that’s uniquely yours, you might have to make a number of small adjustments.
