Great Places to Eat Breakfast Near Me

When I was growing up, places to eat breakfast near me were always a few blocks away. My mom would always take my siblings and I along for the day, and she would bring breakfast to our apartment just as every morning. It wasn’t until I went off to college that I actually had my own place to eat breakfast. Now, I’m not complaining. I love being able to come home from school and have my family there for breakfast. It’s a great way to start the day!

Places for Breakfast

Sometimes, places to eat breakfast near me can be far away. I live in the country, so the closest I can get to a decent restaurant is at a convenience store. Sometimes, I don’t even have the option of driving too far to go eat breakfast. I live about an hour outside of Atlanta, in Clark County. Now, I have to take the long bus ride to work every morning, but I love it when I do.

There are many breakfast places in the area, too. I love serving up eggs on a sunny Sunday morning, so I make sure to stock up on them whenever possible. Sometimes, they aren’t available in my area. In those situations, I make the most of the time I do have by preparing egg dishes at home. Some of my favorites include omelets, pancakes, waffles, and hash browns.

One of my favorite places to eat breakfast near me is at Home Depot. I like to go there about a half an hour before my alarm to stock up on everything from lighting fixtures to floor tile to flower pots. I usually put blackberries, raspberries, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas in my bedtime bag. It’s good for my stomach, too. There’s no morning hunger here!

For once, I am allowed to miss breakfast, because I have a job. The boss lets me in on a secret: that he likes to go to the drugstore about two hours before closing, and that he wants to see me when he gets there. Usually, I don’t mind going. I make a quick breakfast (usually ham and cheese on whole-wheat or wheat bread with lots of vegetables and ham or tomato salad), I grab my keys, and I walk out the door to work.

The drugstore is closed by the time I get ready, but it’s okay, because I already have something in my bag. When I get there, I always go with a big bowl of cereal, some fruit, and a glass of milk. If I’m feeling really ambitious, I’ll grab a donut and chocolate. Many mornings these days are the same, and I’m thankful for the cereal and donuts that I can always go with.

One of my favorite places to eat breakfast near me has to be our local mall. It’s a nice place to eat, and it always has very delicious food. They even have a couple of kids’ corner stores where you can buy things for your kids. I love going there, especially with the delicious lunch buffet that is always there.

My favorite place to go to school, though, is the local school. We have a great school board there, and our school is fairly new. It still feels new to me even five years later. It helps that we also have a fantastic school system made up of some great teachers and administrative staff. I love going to school, and when I get a chance to be back home for dinner, I usually end up sleeping in until morning.
