As I said before, being on a keto diet means limiting or eliminating any carbohydrates, so that is why it’s very important that you stay away from any “white flour” products, such as white bread. Also, stay away from any “sugar” related products, such as brown or sticky sugars.
Eggs! I cannot say this enough. Eggs are one of my absolute favorite foods, especially when they are part of a set breakfast. You can get some great keto breakfast ideas for an eggs sandwich, scramble, or omelet!
Mmmm! A delicious dessert to enjoy after a hearty meal. For the most part, bananas can be eaten raw, but if you’re having trouble digesting them, then you might want to slice them and eat them with some milk or yogurt. Another great idea is to make a fruit salad. Lay down a couple of bananas and a handful of grapes (make sure they are not canned), and enjoy!
Mmmm… muffins! Who says you have to wake up early to eat a nice breakfast? A great way to start your day is with a good cup of coffee, and some muffins are a nice addition to any morning. My favorite type is muffin tarts. You can eat them plain, or you can add some fresh fruit to them for a sweet treat!
Oatmeal. This has been mentioned a lot already, but it bears repeating. If you can find an all-wheat flour mix, that will work just as well. Mix it in with some milk, some fresh fruit, and you’re almost done!
If you do not have a protein powder in your cupboard, you’re going to want to get one. There are many different flavors available, so be sure to try a few before you choose one that you like. This is definitely a food to add to your keto breakfast menu in the morning. Bananas. These are the perfect keto breakfast foods. They are low in fat, high in potassium, and carbohydrates. Just mix them with milk and add some fruit for a delicious banana treat!
As you can see, you can eat foods that you normally wouldn’t when you first get up. You can munch on something in the morning or have something light to eat during the day. There are so many great options for you to choose from! Make a list of some of your favorite choices for breakfast food, and make a note of which are the best ones. You will never again have to fight with a hungry stomach in the mornings when you know what you’re going to eat!

These should be eaten right after you get up from bed, just before you begin your day. As for fruit, there are dozens of choices. One of my favorites is apple. This is an easy choice, especially if you’re in the mood to munch on something sweet. Another great option is grapefruit.
This is a little bit harder to prepare, but can be very tasty if you know how to make it. I usually combine grapefruit and melons for a good tasting combination. All in all, there are hundreds of foods you can eat for your Keto breakfast. Just make sure to start out with the basics and work your way up to spicy foods and everything in between. Don’t forget to take a daily vitamin to ensure that you are getting what you need and that your body is getting everything it needs to function properly.
