Cheese & Bacon Quiche

If you love cheese and bacon, use these ingredients to create interesting breakfast quiche recipes. You can also add other healthy ingredients like peppers, spinach, etc. for extra flavor.


A frozen pie crust

1 cup half-and-half

2 oz. cooked and crumbled bacon

3 oz. cheddar or Parmesan cheese

1 cup chopped onion

4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese

3 large eggs (beaten lightly)


Heat your oven to about 400 degrees. Place the crust in an oven-friendly baking tray. Mix onion, bacon, and cheese in a bowl and pour it over the crust. Now mix half and half with eggs and pour it over bacon mixture. Bake the quiche for about 17 minutes and then reduce the temperature to about 350 degrees. Again bake the quiche for half an hour or so.

Spinach Quiche Without Crust

Spinach quiche makes a perfect breakfast option for fitness freaks. Loaded with ample protein, this quiche uses cheese to achieve the desired creaminess.


1/2 chopped onion

2 cups or more of 3-cheese blend

3 cups frozen spinach (drained and chopped)

4 eggs, beaten

Salt and black pepper

Oil for cooking


Grease the pie pan and heat the oven to about 175 degrees. Cook onions in a skillet and then add the spinach. Cook the spinach mixture for 5-8 minutes on low flame. Mix cheese, eggs, and seasonings in a bowl. Add the prepared spinach mixture to this egg bowl and then transfer to the pan. Now bake until eggs are set and then serve with roasted vegetables.

Cheese & Bell Pepper Quiche

Add a colorful touch quiche by using yellow, red, and green bell peppers. To make the quiche cheesy, use extra-sharp cheddar cheese.


2 cups of mixed bell pepper

1 pie crust

1/2 cup onion

4 eggs

1/2 cup sour cream

3 oz. extra-sharp cheddar cheese

1 garlic clove (crushed)

1/4 cup coriander and parsley

2 Tbsp. oil

Kosher salt & pepper


Heat your oven to 425 degrees and place the pie crust on a lined baking tray. Bake the crust for about 13 minutes and then bring the oven temperature down to 350 degrees. Now cook onions with peppers and garlic. Mix eggs, cream, cheese, coriander & parsley mixture, and seasonings. Next, fill the pie crust with the bell pepper mixture and then pour the egg mixture on the top. Bake for 35-42 minutes and serve.

Ham & Cheese Quiche

Use the leftover ham and blend it with cheese to prepare a delicious breakfast quiche. Add cooked potatoes and other veggies of choice for extra goodness.


1 1/3 cup cooked & diced ham

3/4 cup 3-cheese blend

1/3 cup melted butter

3 eggs

1 cup half-cooked potatoes

3/4 cup whipping cream


Get your oven preheated to 220 degrees. If you are using potatoes, mix them with butter and scoop this mixture on the top of a pie pan. Place cheese along with ham on the top. Now combine cream with eggs and pour their blend over ham mixture. Bake until the pie has turned somewhat golden brown and the eggs are set.
