A frozen pie crust
1 cup half-and-half

Heat your oven to about 400 degrees. Place the crust in an oven-friendly baking tray. Mix onion, bacon, and cheese in a bowl and pour it over the crust. Now mix half and half with eggs and pour it over bacon mixture. Bake the quiche for about 17 minutes and then reduce the temperature to about 350 degrees. Again bake the quiche for half an hour or so.

1/2 chopped onion
2 cups or more of 3-cheese blend
3 cups frozen spinach (drained and chopped)
4 eggs, beaten

2 cups of mixed bell pepper
1 pie crust
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup sour cream
3 oz. extra-sharp cheddar cheese
1 garlic clove (crushed)
1/4 cup coriander and parsley
2 Tbsp. oil

1 1/3 cup cooked & diced ham
3/4 cup 3-cheese blend
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup half-cooked potatoes
3/4 cup whipping cream
Get your oven preheated to 220 degrees. If you are using potatoes, mix them with butter and scoop this mixture on the top of a pie pan. Place cheese along with ham on the top. Now combine cream with eggs and pour their blend over ham mixture. Bake until the pie has turned somewhat golden brown and the eggs are set.
