To make paneer rice, all you need is some vegetables, rice, paneer, and curd. Get your fresh vegetables like carrot, cucumber, beans, soybeans, mint leaves, potatoes, green chilies, garlic, ginger, and onion. You need rice, one cup, and one cup curd. Chop all the vegetables in small size because you will need it while cooking. Take a pressure cooker and add half spoon of olive oil. Let it get hot and then add your vegetables. Allow your vegetables to get golden brown on its edges. Add species like red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and mix the vegetable. Wash the rice and add it to the vegetables. Mix the entire thing well and add half glass water and close the lid.

Let it cook for twenty minutes, then open the lid and check whether the rice is cooked or not. If the rice is cooked, add paneer pieces and sprinkle pepper powder and salt. Garnish it with mint leaves and serve it hot.

Curd Salad With Rice

You will need some curry to eat with your paneer rice so you can have it with curd salad. Dice out the onions, carrot, cucumber and chop mint leaves. Add the vegetable to the curd and mix it well with the curd. Sprinkle pepper powder, red chili powder, table salt, and rock salt and stir the mixture. Keep in the refrigerator and serve it cold and enjoy your meal.
