Half of banana
4 – 6 frozen strawberries
Half cup plain yogurt
½ – 1 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp Flax seeds
1 Tbsp whey protein powder
Frozen fruits of your choice, preferably blueberries, peaches, and raspberries
First take the banana, frozen strawberries, yoghurt, and orange juice in a blender and blend till you have a smooth consistency.
