Every student has heard the famous adage “breakfast is the most important meal of the day”; but students take it lightly. Having a healthy breakfast before going to school and starting your day will leads to many benefits. It helps in improving your concentration, increase in the energy level, more intake of vitamins and minerals, good test scores, and healthier mind set and body weight. Breakfast is important for growing age students.

Students who eat their breakfast regularly and take healthy and important meal will have better concentration than the students who avoids morning breakfast. If you day starts with a healthy breakfast, students will be more able to focus on the task and get less distracted by other influences and students. They are more attentive and also able to grasp easily what is being taught and recognize that new learning better than students who are empty stomach because they have not take their breakfast.

Students with regular habit of eating breakfast not only have higher concentration. But it also allows them to score better on any academic tests whether it is mathematics, science or English. According to a survey, students that taken free breakfasts before class in schools have scored about 25 percent more marks in math’s, and other science tests. Analyst believes that this is because of the increase in the energy level from breakfast.They have taken which helps in increasing cognitive thinking, pace and problem-solving skills.

At the time of sleep, on technical grounds you are doing fast, since you are not taking food intake. Because of this fact, the blood sugar level of individual starts dropping overnight. It is evaluated that students who eat regular breakfast will have more iron, vitamin B and vitamin D. They have higher intake of fibers, low total fat and cholesterol.

It is also linked with a Body Mass Index, and a decreased obesity. Analysis shows that regular breakfast takers have an healthy body weight.

Healthy breakfast helps in overall development of the student. Healthy body leads to healthy mind ,it can only happen when we take a proper diet and intake require by our body.We should not allow our kids to go school without taking breakfast.It provides all nutrients they need throughout the day.Always give healthy diet to them.
