A McDonalds Keto Breakfast Recipe – How to Make it Easy and Cheap

My friend Dave contacted me a while back because he was looking for a diet that would allow him to stay on a healthy diet, yet has a delicious McDonald’s Keto Breakfast every morning. He likes to work out and the gym, but he just can’t stay on a diet like that. The problem is, he does have a job and needs something that will allow him to be home all day, thus giving up his coffee and sugary cereal. I told him I had some suggestions for him. Here they are:

Plan Out Your Meals –

Don’t leave yourself in a situation where you’ll get out of bed hungry and have to rush to the nearest fast food restaurant to get breakfast. Plan out what you’re going to eat so that it doesn’t end up being a battle with the clock to get ready for work. That way, you can enjoy your McDonald’s Keto Breakfast as well. Even better, get a system that will remind you when your next meal is coming up so that you don’t have to go and scramble to get something to eat, and then eat it at work.

Go To Your Doctor –

There are prescription medications that can help you to lose weight. However, these are often meant to be taken only once a day. This is not practical if you are always on the run or busy. This is especially true if you tend to eat at places where you work like coffee shops or stores. You can also check with your doctor to see if there are other more natural ways to lose weight.

Add Eggs To Your Diet –

Most places in the US have an egg discount program where they give you a discount for every egg you purchase. You can usually pick them up for about $1.50 a dozen or so, which is a great price to pay for nutrition. Of course, if you want to make a bigger impact, why not increase that amount to a few hundred? This will still be lower than most restaurants will charge for an egg, but you’ll have it every morning for breakfast!

Use butter – margarine is high in saturated fat, so use some to replace butter. Stick with olive oil if possible, as it’s also healthy. Sprinkle some low-fat or no-fat cheese over your eggs instead of just using the salad. This makes a delicious and nutritious breakfast that everyone will love!

Don’t forget the fries! You can buy low-fat French fries, but if you want a healthier alternative to go with potato chips instead. These are also available at McDonalds, so this should be easy to do. If you’re in a hurry, though, consider bringing your own fries – any kind will do.

Use breading instead of sauce – You can use cheddar cheese, sour cream, or a combination of these for your burgers and fries. A little flour will ensure that the sauce doesn’t stick to the bottom of the burger. You can also choose to leave out the bun if you’re planning on eating this as an entree. It’s fine as a side dish. Just don’t forget the sauce!

Last Words

If you make enough, you can even save the leftovers as snacks throughout the day. This way you won’t have to worry about food waste. I usually take about a third of a pound of batter with me each night and use it to make sandwiches for my friends. These sandwiches are usually topped with lettuce and tomato.
