A vegan protein breakfast is a very important meal to prepare. Most people associate vegan meals with being strict about the no animal meat, no dairy products, etc. But here’s the thing – there are a ton of vegan protein options out there, and some of your favorite vegan meals actually use these products as well! Why is that? Read on to learn more about vegan protein breakfast ideas!

Eggs & Soya Chicken – Any vegan protein breakfast would be complete without these two delicious ingredients. Even if you’re a tofu lover, and even if you’re not trying to go completely vegan (although many vegans do), these two ingredients will be hard to miss. Plus, they’re packed with flavor! For vegan protein breakfast choices, eggs & soy chicken are a fantastic combination.

Nuts & Cereals – Another delicious combination that vegans love are nuts and creamy cheeses. These two healthy ingredients go well together and have a wide range of health benefits. Nuts are a fantastic source of fiber and protein, both of which are very important for vegans. And, of course, every vegan diet needs lots of fiber to keep digestion regular. Cashews are one great way to get your daily dose of fiber.

Quick & Easy Quinoa – Surprisingly, quinoa is often included in vegan protein breakfast bowls. For some reason, quinoa seems to work better in egg or other protein forms. If you look for it, you can also find vegan versions of all kinds of traditional grain dishes, including oats, barley, bulgur, and wheat berries. If you really want a simple meal, consider spiced long grain rice. It’s quick, easy, and delicious. You can make a quinoa salad or a side dish with it to start.

Homemade Smoothie – Finally, you can make a high-protein vegetarian meal that doesn’t require any special ingredients at all! A good favorite is called a lentil recipe. You can find this online or at a health food store, where you can buy bulk black beans, dried tomatoes, onions, carrots, and other vegetables that work well together. The nice thing about this smoothie recipe is that it uses just enough vegetables to provide a substantial protein boost without using any dairy products or other unhealthy fats.

A delicious and easy way to add variety to your vegan protein breakfast is to make a delicious and easy homemade muesli recipe. There are dozens of different muesli recipes online that you can try. Most of them involve some kind of nuts, seeds, or even chia seeds mixed into a creamy and colorful base. This is a delicious and filling meal that you can eat for breakfast or even as a snack.

There are many different kinds of recipes that you can try. For instance, one popular breakfast idea is one bowl of peanut butter and banana pancakes via an electric mixer. Just mix together the bananas, milk, eggs, and one cup of your favorite soy milk until it becomes a smooth paste. Then simply pour this into a bowl and heat in the microwave until it’s ready. If you prefer, you can also steam the mixture instead.
